The Evening Release Ritual: In the evening, or after a challenging situation, hold a piece of Peach Selenite in your left (receiving) hand and a piece of Smoky or Clear Quartz in your right (giving) hand.
- Set your intention to release any negative, toxic, or stressful energy you've absorbed.
- Visualize this energy leaving your body and flowing into the Smoky or Clear Quartz.
- Simultaneously, visualize positive, cleansed energy flowing up through the Peach Selenite, amplifying its light, and filling your heart and entire being.
