Each piece of our Artisan Wrapped Healing Jewelry Collection is handcrafted with care and intention, using natural stones and materials to enhance your healing journey. Unless explicitly labeled as "Argentium Silver" or "Sterling Silver", the wire used is coated copper wire and is not guaranteed to be hypoallergenic.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the personal and energetic nature of our creations, all jewelry sales are final.
  • Exceptions for Damage: If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us via email at info@yourintuitivejoy.com within 7 days of receipt to discuss a resolution. Cases will be assessed individually.
  • Release of Liability: By purchasing our jewelry, you agree to our Release of Liability clause, as outlined in our Disclaimer Notice. This includes any reactions or sensitivities related to the materials used.

  • No Refunds for Services Rendered: All services are non-refundable once completed, as the outcomes depend on your active participation and engagement.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. Missed appointments without prior notice (three times or more) may result in a reassessment of service eligibility.
