Shipping policy

At Your Intuitive Joy, we take great care in ensuring your orders are packed and shipped with intention and love. Below, you’ll find the details of our shipping process to help set clear expectations for delivery timelines.

Order Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: Orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM). Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders have a processing time of up to 2 weeks, provided the requested stone is in stock. If a special stone needs to be sourced, an additional 2 weeks will be added to the production timeline. For details on custom orders, visit our Custom Wrapped Jewelry page.

Shipping Deadlines for the Holiday Season

To ensure delivery by Christmas, orders must be placed by December 14th. We will ship all orders placed by this date no later than December 15th which is earlier than USPS’s recommended cutoff of December 17th for Christmas delivery. While we strive to meet these deadlines, we encourage ordering as early as possible to avoid unexpected delays during the busy holiday season.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us atinfo@yourintuitivejoy.com to discuss potential shipping options.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order, once the package leaves our care, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier. For damaged items, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for assistance.
