This consultation is 30 minutes in which we will discuss your healing needs & goals to find the perfect package or course that best suits your energy. In person & virtual consultations are available. Please Note: In person consultations are only available in the Twin Cities, MN area.

After scheduling your consultation, please watch your email for an additional form as well as information on consultation options & to schedule our meeting location. Pre-Consultation Form REQUIRED 48-hours (minimum) prior to confirmation of consultation appointment.

Virtual Consultations are available outside of regular business hours upon request held via Zoom. In person Consultations must take place during regular business hours & meeting place is coordinated one on one via email.
