Processing Time: Each piece is crafted & packaged with care, intention, & a little intuitive magic.
✦ Ready-to-Ship Orders: Processed within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST). Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or during the weekend are processed the next business day.
✦ Custom Orders: Crafted within 2 weeks, provided the stone is in stock. If a special stone needs to be sourced, please allow up to an additional 2 weeks for completion.
Shipping Methods: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, & method chosen. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your treasure’s journey home.
Holiday Shipping Note: To ensure arrival by Christmas, please place all orders by December 14th. Orders received by that date will ship no later than December 15th which is earlier than USPS’s seasonal guidelines.
International Shipping: Currently, Your Intuitive Joy primarily ships within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. & would love to bring a talisman home, please email info@yourintuitivejoy.com to discuss available options.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: Once an order leaves our hands, responsibility shifts to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receipt so we can discuss a resolution. Each situation is handled individually with care & respect.
Returns & Refunds: All sales are final due to the personal & energetic nature of our jewelry.

Q. What materials are used in your jewelry, and are they hypoallergenic?
A. Our jewelry is crafted from a variety of metals, including rose gold copper-coated wire, stainless steel, & Argentium silver in select pieces. While earring hooks are nickel-free, we cannot guarantee every piece is allergy-free due to individual sensitivities. Argentium silver offers enhanced tarnish resistance & is ideal for sensitive skin.
Q. How do you select the stones and crystals for your jewelry?
A. Each stone is selected intentionally & ethically from trusted sources. I choose crystals that resonate with specific energetic intentions so that every piece aligns with your healing journey.
Q. Can I customize my jewelry order?
A. Absolutely! I love creating commissioned pieces that reflect your unique energy & intentions. Reach out to discuss stone preferences, wire materials, & cord length options. Together we’ll design a one-of-a-kind piece in my signature style.
Q. Can I request a different cord or chain?
A. Yes! I use suede lace cords for their comfort & non-tarnishing qualities, but if you’d prefer a metal chain, just email me for customization. Please note: Additional charges may occur.
Q. What about the hooks & clasps?
A. Each hook & clasp is handmade from the same wire as your stone wrap. Though it may feel different at first, it’s intentionally designed to be easier to fasten; especially helpful for those with mobility challenges.
Q. How should I cleanse or charge my jewelry?
A. Use any method that resonates with you, smoke, moonlight, sound, or water (for water-safe stones). Remember: your intention is the true cleanser. Even moonlight drifting through your window can refresh your piece’s energy.
